This development comes after the BEST’s open-deck buses proved to be a great attraction for tourists. All the seats were booked for their Heritage open-deck tour on weekend.
According to reports, these buses will run between the Gateway of India to Juhu beach and will operate from 9 am to 8 pm. The passengers will be charged INR 250 for the ticket.

The passengers can hop on and hop off the bus as many times as they want while visiting various tourist spots enroute.
This means that between these destinations, there will be many tourist spots. These buses will ply with a frequency of 30 mins.
The HoHo services with these open deck double-deckers have been started so that tourists can enjoy the view from the upper deck, said transport body officials.
According to reports, presently, the halt points include CSMT, Byculla zoo, Siddhivinayak Temple, Bandstand Bandra, Juhu Garden, Juhu Chowpatty, Nehru Planetarium, Mani Bhavan, Aquarium, Hanging Garden, Museum and Gateway of India.
Earlier last week, the BEST asked citizens to participate in designing the exterior of the buses through the “Design Mumbai Ho Ho Bus Campaign”. Those interested have been asked to send in their artwork before Tuesday, November 30.
